To assist homeowners with exterior painting and roofing projects, the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) has developed an approved exterior color palette for Fern Meadows.

 

The palette was carefully selected to provide attractive, timeless color combinations that complement our community while allowing each home to maintain its own character. The selected colors reflect a modern Florida style and are intended to enhance the overall appearance of the neighborhood.

Why use the approved palette?

Choosing colors from the approved palette offers several benefits:

• Simplifies the color selection process by providing professionally coordinated color combinations.

• Helps homeowners choose colors that complement neighboring homes and the overall character of the community.

• Speeds up the ARC review and approval process since these combinations have already been evaluated for compatibility with our community standards.

• Promotes consistency while still offering a variety of attractive options.

• Supports the long-term beauty and curb appeal of Fern Meadows, helping protect property values for all homeowners.

 

Homeowners are encouraged to select their shingles, body, trim, and accent colors directly from the approved palette when submitting an Architectural Review Committee (ARC) application.

 

Please note that all roofing and exterior painting projects still require ARC approval before work begins, as required by the Association's governing documents. While homeowners may propose colors outside the approved palette (including original Mercedes Homes colors), those requests may require additional review before a decision can be made.
