Payments online have now changed. Please reach out to Crystal at accounting2@apmfla.com to receive information about payments on your account.

We understand the importance of keeping all residents informed. While HOA records and meeting minutes are available only to property owners, we are exploring ways to share general updates more broadly and are open to suggestions.

For Renters, access to HOA records is only available to property owners. If your landlord authorizes it, the HOA may provide certain materials upon request.
