📢 COMMUNITY UPDATE 📢
Dear Fern Meadows Residents,
🔑 The Board has decided to move forward with the switch to Advanced Property Management as our new manangement company. The complete switch will not be until at least July 1st, 2026.
📣 We understand the importance of keeping all residents informed. While HOA records and meeting minutes are available only to property owners, we are exploring ways to share general updates more broadly and are open to suggestions.
🏠 For Renters, access to HOA records is only available to property owners. If your landlord authorizes it, the HOA may provide certain materials upon request.
