Friendly Reminder from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC)

Planning an exterior home improvement? Please remember to obtain ARC approval before starting your project.

 

To help maintain the beauty, consistency, and property values of our community, the Fern Meadows Declaration of Covenants and the HOA Rules & Regulations require that all exterior modifications or improvements receive approval from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) before any work begins. The committee has 30 days to approve or deny your request. You must be current with your annual dues and no outstanding violations before approval.

 

Projects requiring ARC approval include, but are not limited to:

• Roof replacements

• Exterior painting

• Fences

• Screen enclosures

• Sheds

• Landscaping changes

• Driveway or walkway modifications

• Solar panels

• Pools and spas

• Exterior additions or any other visible exterior improvements

 

Submitting an ARC application is simple and can be completed directly online. Please click here to fill out an ARC form. Please send all additional information regarding your project to the email address below. Don’t forget to pay your $10.00 ARC processing fee; it is due before the request can be approved. 

 

Obtaining approval before work begins helps avoid delays, ensures compliance with our community standards, and protects the appearance and value of our neighborhood for everyone. You could incur a $100.00 fine if you begin your project before approval.
